About the Role

As a Senior Vice President, CONNECT Ecosystem at Mastercard, you will play a key role in leading the suite of products and services that enable our single front door for our B2B customers through Connect, our front-end framework teams, user provisioning teams, and customer and asset platforms. Your responsibilities will include driving unification and simplification across our teams, providing tools and solutions for all product and engineering teams across our B2B ecosystem. You will need to be a big-picture thinker who can identify opportunities to drive productive synergies across teams and work with leaders across the organization to align teams to common goals and execute strategies to drive value for Mastercard.

Key Responsibilities: - Act as an end-to-end technical leader with experience in designing and implementing solutions using various technologies. - Provide strategic leadership related to applications, systems, and software development methodologies. - Lead multiple high-performance engineering teams and partner closely with product management to define roadmaps and deliver new services.

  • • Coach team members for maximum potential, identify talent gaps, recruit and retain high-quality technology talent.

  • • Establish reporting mechanisms for progress tracking, KPIs, and metrics to share with senior leadership.

  • • Drive change across processes, practices, and technology within the organization by building and maintaining a high-caliber team.
  • Qualifications Required: - Hands-on technical and people leader with subject matter expertise.

  • • Effective communicator who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and define holistic business and technical objectives.

  • • Trust-building leadership style with outcome-driven approach.

  • • Experience in evaluating practices, metrics, and roles to optimize SDLC methodologies and automate processes.

  • • Strong strategic skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive change.

  • • Ability to challenge established views and assumptions, driving consistent and repeatable results.
  • In addition to the above, as part of Mastercard, you will be expected to adhere to corporate security responsibilities, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information accessed, reporting any suspected security violations, and completing all periodic mandatory security trainings according to Mastercard's guidelines.
