• Identifying and prospecting potential corporate clients, including large enterprises and SMEs across India to build a robust sales pipeline and strategy.• Conducting comprehensive risk assessments, understanding clients' business and insurance needs, and identifying gaps in existing coverage.• Developing and presenting insurance broking proposals covering fire, marine, engineering, cyber, liability, employee benefits, and more, while collaborating with underwriters to negotiate optimal coverage and premiums.• Engaging with corporate decision-makers to finalize agreements, ensuring favorable terms and meeting contract KPIs and revenue objectives.• Serving as the primary contact for corporate clients, providing advisory services including renewals, claims support, and upsell opportunities to maintain high satisfaction levels and foster long-term engagement.• Monitoring insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor behavior to adjust sales approaches and identify growth opportunities.• Tracking performance against sales KPIs and revenue forecasts, preparing regular reports, dashboards, and market analysis for senior management.Desirable Competencies:
