We are looking for a driven Program Manager to lead and orchestrate high-impact programs across Engineering, Product, Data, and Business teams. As an individual contributor, you will manage multiple workstreams—owning planning, execution, resource coordination, and program reporting. This role requires balancing tactical execution with strategic inputs, enforcing delivery standards, and driving cross-functional alignment. Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Drive the execution of technically complex programs by developing detailed roadmaps, program planning, managing scope, timelines, and resources with business goals. Manage execution and ensure timely delivery of milestones, ensuring feasibility of proposed goals.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Design and track program-level metrics. Spot patterns in data to support informed decision-making.

• Reporting . Communication: Own program documentation, maintain progress dashboards, and prepare concise updates for leadership. Ensure alignment between strategic goals and on-ground execution.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong working relationships across functions. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate decision-making, and resolve execution bottlenecks.

• Issue . Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage risks by proposing mitigation plans into program workflows. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical blockers.

*Founder’s Office . Strategic Initiatives: Work closely with founders and leadership on company-wide strategic initiatives, driving founders office initiatives and ensuring smooth execution of key priorities. Support decision-making through structured problem-solving and insights
Skills and Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree preferably from Tier 1 colleges in Engineering (preferable BE/B.Tech)

• MBA from Tier1/ Tier 2 institutions

• 3–4 years of experience managing cross-functional Tech, Product – heavy Projects/Programs

• Strong program ownership, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Excel, PowerPoint) and AI enabled program management

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-backed updates to leadership
