As a Senior Principal Engineer, you will define and drive the multi-year technical vision, ensuring scalability, resilience, and industry-leading solutions. This high-visibility role will require you to act as a strategic advisor to the CTO and CPO, bridging the gap between ambitious business goals and engineering execution while tackling complex technical challenges and elevating the organization's technical standards.

Professional Qualifications:
• Experience: 1215+ years in software engineering with 5 years in a Principal or Distinguished Engineer role at a global product company.• Domain Expertise: Proven track record in building and scaling ITOM, ITSM, or Observability platforms in a SaaS environment.• Scale: Experience in architecting systems handling high-velocity data ingestion and event processing at scale.• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Leadership Profile:
