The Opportunity
As Agoda continues to expand through disruptive digital and platform-based solutions, we are seeking a Director / Senior Director of Global Government Affairs to help map, navigate, and shape complex and evolving regulatory landscapes across e-commerce, data, taxation, fintech, AI, and travel.
This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role for a self-motivated, commercially minded policy leader who can operate effectively across jurisdictions and cultures, anticipate regulatory risk, and enable sustainable business growth.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the Director / Senior Director will partner closely with Agoda’s senior leadership and cross-functional teams—including Legal, Tax, Innovation, CSR, and Supply—to set global and regional priorities, engage governments and institutions, and position Agoda as a trusted, responsible partner in markets around the world.
