About the Role
As the Regional Professional Services Senior Director at Ivalua, you will play a crucial role in leading the Professional Services Team in Pune and driving customer success, service delivery improvement, and alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all Professional Services operations for the APAC region, managing a team of Project Directors, Solution Architects, and Implementation Consultants, and contributing to business expansion. Additionally, you will provide support for strategic projects in the Americas and EMEA regions.
Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the success of all projects by actively engaging in project challenges and providing hands-on leadership. Your role will involve proactively identifying and managing risks, ensuring project success within budget and timelines, and managing escalations effectively. You will also provide support to partners during implementation, secure the financial health of Professional Services, contribute to the company's strategy, and build executive relationships with customers and partners.
