About the Role
- This is a full-time role for a Senior Director of Operations (Minimum 20+ Years of experience).
- The Senior Director of Operations will lead cross-functional teams, oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategic plans, and maintain budgets.
- They will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies, improving customer service delivery, and mentoring team leads to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

- Strong Analytical Skills to measure performance and support decision-making
- Exceptional Team Management skills with a focus on leadership and collaboration
- Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service and implementing improvement strategies

- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
- Experience in strategic planning and process optimization
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent; a Master's degree is a plus
