About the Role

As the Marketing Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • • Developing and executing the overall marketing and growth strategy in line with business objectives.

  • • Leading annual and quarterly campaign planning across various programs.

  • • Identifying target segments, demand drivers, and customer acquisition strategies.

  • • Delivering qualified lead generation targets for programs.

  • • Designing and implementing multi-channel campaigns across digital, search, social, content, and partnerships.

  • • Collaborating closely with admissions teams to optimize marketing funnels and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Your role will also involve:

  • • Leading the execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives, including performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, marketing automation, CRM, website conversion optimization, data analytics, and marketing dashboards.

  • • Continuously optimizing campaign ROI and customer acquisition cost.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • • Establishing robust marketing analytics and reporting frameworks.

  • • Monitoring campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI metrics.

  • • Identifying and implementing AI-powered marketing tools to enhance campaign performance and productivity.
  • You will also play a key role in:

  • • Building and strengthening the organizations brand identity and positioning in the education and skilling ecosystem.

  • • Driving thought leadership positioning through insights, industry narratives, and leadership visibility.

  • • Ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, product marketing, and partner communication.

  • • Developing and executing the organizations PR and media strategy through agencies.
  • Qualifications and Personal Profile:

  • • B.E./ B. Tech, MBA from top institutions.

  • • 1218 years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation roles.

  • • Strong background in digital-first marketing environments.

  • • Prior experience in Higher Education, EdTech, SaaS, or consumer internet businesses is preferred.
  • Other Skill and Ability Requirements:

  • • Managing people: Leading marketing and analytics team - managers and senior managers.
