As the Senior Director, Global Business Systems, you will be responsible for collaborating with ITS commercial teams and the IT team to develop and enhance application systems supporting the global commercial enterprise. Your role will involve working with functional business leaders to streamline processes, boost efficiency, cut costs, and optimize platform usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish strategy and direction for IT systems supporting different business areas in collaboration with key business colleagues.• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of application systems, ensuring thorough documentation, testing, integration with existing systems, and support information for staff.• Monitor project progress, manage work requests, and ensure on-time, within budget, and quality delivery.• Engage with business colleagues to set priorities, review work, and attend meetings.• Manage a small team of business systems professionals, fostering a high-performance culture in a player/coach model.• Develop and oversee departmental expense and project budgets.• Execute special projects as assigned by the ITS President.Qualifications Required:
• Strong IT proficiency with the ability to collaborate with IT teams in designing and implementing solutions.• Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Service, Financial, Human Resource, Supply Chain, and Training processes along with their supporting computer systems.• Prior experience in successfully implementing and supporting CRM (Salesforce.com, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, etc.) and ERP systems (SAP, Seibel) is crucial.
