Senior Director, Engineering

About The Role ThoughtSpot is looking for an experienced frontend engineering leader to own and evolve the user experience layer of our AI-driven analytics platform.

This role will lead the engineering teams responsible for
frontend infrastructure, data visualization, and Liveboards (interactive dashboards) —the core interfaces through which customers explore and interact with data.

As the engineering leader for this area, you will define the
technical vision for frontend architecture , guide the evolution of our
React-based platform , and ensure the product experience remains scalable, high-performing, and reliable as ThoughtSpot continues to grow its
AI-powered analytics capabilities .

This role requires a
hands-on technical leader who can balance
architecture, engineering execution, and team leadership while working closely with Product, Design, and AI teams to shape the future of ThoughtSpot’s user experience.

Hybrid Work at ThoughtSpot This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position, reporting to the office in India - Bangalore.

Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week. This approach balances the benefits of in-person collaboration and peer learning with the flexibility needed by individuals and teams.
