Title: Senior Director- Engineering The Role The Senior Director of Engineering at Razorpay is expected to bring exceptional leadership, communication, and people leadership skills and will operate with vision and integrity. Some of the responsibilities include crafting company and unit-level goals, aligning engineering activities to achieve them, providing expert guidance and support, approving newly developed policies, and building, and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. DoE will have experience identifying and navigating organizational changes, a keen interest in Indian trends in engineering and leadership, and high emotional intelligence.
