About the Role

In this role as a Senior Assistant Vice President in the Mid-Cap Investment Banking (MCIB) group within Corporate and Investment Banking at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for supporting senior NY bankers in preparing pitch books for client meetings. You will have the opportunity to work with small project teams and collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Prepare pitch books, industry overviews, detailed company profiles, and various analyses such as comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, and company/M&A screening

  • • Work on various work products including Shareholder Momentum, Shareholder Base, and LBO Model

  • • Independently handle complex projects and deliver high-quality results

  • • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders in the US
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 4+ years of Securities Research experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

  • • MBA/CA (CFA certification would be an added advantage)

  • • Strong experience in preparing pitch books, industry overviews, and detailed company profiles
