About the Role

Role Overview:
As a Senior Account Executive/Client Director at Arista Networks, you will be a crucial member of the sales team, serving as the primary point of contact for large IT and ITeS accounts. Your role involves owning a portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with internal teams and partners to deliver solutions that meet the needs of customers and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Own a portfolio of large IT/ITeS accounts, managing bookings, pipeline, and account growth

  • • Drive new customer acquisition and expand wallet share in strategic accounts

  • • Develop and execute account plans covering various networking use cases

  • • Establish and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and lead high-value deal cycles

  • • Articulate Arista's value proposition across different networking solutions and market segments

  • • Collaborate with partners and ecosystem players to scale coverage and influence deals

  • • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, qualify deals effectively, and ensure deal closure
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 10-15+ years of enterprise technology sales experience

  • • Proven track record in selling networking, infrastructure, cloud, or security solutions to large IT/ITeS customers

  • • Experience in complex, multi-vendor environments with successful multi-million-dollar deal closures

  • • Familiarity with high-performance networking, data center, or cloud infrastructure

  • • Strong executive relationships and ability to engage at CXO level

  • • Strategic account planning skills and consultative selling mindset

  • • Excellent executive presence, storytelling, and negotiation abilities

  • • High ownership, resilience, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
