Role Overview
The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring profitability of the Rock Breaker product line across the assigned region. The role demands strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage large accounts and dealer networks.

This position requires extensive travel across PAN India to support regional teams, key accounts, and strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy . Execution

  • • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • • Achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets for Rock Breakers.

  • • Identify new opportunities across mining, quarrying, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
  • 2. Team Leadership . Management

  • • Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team.

  • • Define KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability.

  • • Build a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture.
  • 3. Dealer . Channel Management

  • • Expand and strengthen dealer/distributor network across the region.

  • • Ensure dealer alignment with company strategy and profitability.

  • • Conduct regular reviews, training, and capability-building initiatives.
  • 4. Key Account Management

  • • Manage relationships with major customers (mining companies, EPC contractors, infrastructure firms).

  • • Lead negotiations for high-value deals and long-term contracts.

  • • Ensure strong customer engagement and retention.
  • 5. Business Development

  • • Explore new markets, applications, and customer segments.

  • • Support product launches, campaigns, and branding initiatives.

  • • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums.
  • 6. Financial . Operational Responsibility

  • • Own regional forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning.

  • • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.

  • • Coordinate with supply chain for inventory planning and availability.
  • 7. Product . Technical Alignment

  • • Collaborate with product and service teams to meet customer needs.

  • • Provide feedback for product improvements and innovation.
  • 8. Travel . Market Coverage

  • • Undertake extensive PAN India travel to support sales operations, key accounts, dealer development, and strategic projects.

  • • Spend significant time in the field to drive business growth and strengthen market presence.
  • Key RequirementsEducation

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Mining)
  • Experience

  • • 10–15 years of experience in construction/mining equipment sales

  • • Minimum 4–5 years in a leadership role

  • • Experience in Rock Breakers, Excavator Attachments, or related equipment preferred
