About the Role

You are actively seeking a Vice President based out of Gurgaon who will be a founding member of the Analytics Product team. The role involves working with a diverse group of market and analytic experts to develop impactful solutions for Aladdin clients. Your responsibilities will include driving the development of Analytics Products, collaborating with partner teams across Aladdin, and continuously learning from colleagues globally. You will also help grow the team by hiring and training local talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop Analytics Products to address clients investment, risk, and business challenges

  • • Collaborate with partner teams to establish scalable sales, production, distribution, and support models for Analytics Products

  • • Provide subject matter expertise on market trends, industry landscape, and Aladdin analytical solutions for specific asset classes

  • • Engage with stakeholders to centralize processes in the Gurgaon office

  • • Participate in firm-wide initiatives to enhance analytics and strategic partner relationships

  • • Offer guidance on sophisticated analytics inquiries to clients and partners
  • Qualifications:

  • • Minimum of 7 years in a quantitative role, preferably in financial services, fintech, or consulting

  • • Academic degree(s) in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields

  • • Understanding of fixed income pricing and risk models

  • • Proficiency in programming languages, preferably Python

  • • Experience with visualization tools is desirable

  • • Superior communication and presentation skills

  • • Keen interest in financial markets and ability to comprehend market events impact

  • • Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in understanding clients' challenges

  • • Ability to work well in a team setting with autonomy and handle multiple priorities

  • • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and deliver to clients
