About the Role

As a seasoned and strategic Research Director at True Global Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, execution, and delivery of insight-driven research across the global and regional client portfolio. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of research engagements including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods in areas such as communications, reputation, brand, ESG, employee engagement, public affairs, and media performance. You will collaborate closely with account teams, data specialists, and clients to ensure that our media intelligence capabilities are robust, timely, and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end management of multi-market research projects across diverse industries. - Design bespoke research methodologies using qualitative and quantitative approaches, integrating media monitoring and social listening data. - Oversee and evolve TGIs media monitoring offer, delivering high-quality real-time insights across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.

  • • Collaborate with account teams to integrate media insights into campaign planning and reputation management strategies.

  • • Act as a senior advisor to clients, helping translate data, including media outputs, into actionable strategy.

  • • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of researchers, analysts, and media monitoring specialists.

  • • Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies in the media and research space.
  • Key Qualifications: - 8 years of experience in research, insights, or analytics, preferably in an agency or consultancy environment.

  • • Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research methods.

  • • Experience with media monitoring, social listening, or data analysis tools is highly advantageous.

  • • Strong client relationship skills and experience managing teams.

  • • Familiarity with media intelligence platforms is a plus.

  • • Excellent storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills.
