Role Overview:
As a Regional Vice President of Professional Services, you will be tasked with leading and scaling the delivery team specializing in CRM solutions. Your primary focus will be on defining and executing the vision for the professional services team, ensuring alignment with company goals, and driving Salesforce solution adoption through an outcome-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and uphold delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Offer strategic guidance on CRM adoption, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture.
- Conduct executive briefings and solution reviews with client leadership and technical teams.
- Supervise architectural governance and delivery of complex CRM implementations.
- Stay updated on CRM platform capabilities, integration frameworks, and industry trends.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Handle risk, escalations, and change control processes in complex engagements.
- Develop and present high-level implementation strategies and delivery estimates.
- Foster long-term relationships to drive growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in delivering Salesforce CRM solutions.
- Experience advising or collaborating with CTOs, CIOs, and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong background in enterprise architecture, solution design, and systems integration.
- Excellent client-facing and executive communication skills.
- At least one Salesforce industries experience.
- Experience in driving customer outcomes through digital labor and AI.
- Background in digital transformation consulting or large systems integrators.
- MBA or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
