Boeing India is looking for a
Regional Director - Strategy to be based in
New Delhi, India . The position will be part of Boeing International strategy and business development team. Person in this role will be responsible for developing strategies by coordinating with Boeing’s business units (BCA, BDS, BGS) and Boeing Defense India to meet the growth and productivity objectives for Boeing in India. In addition to strategy development, person in this role will provide policy analysis and advocacy execution support. The individual will support initiatives related to policy advocacy, development of alliances, partnerships, joint ventures. etc.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Value proposition refinement, business design / models (e.g. skilling, manufacturing)
+ Market and competitive assessment
+ Business case development / investment / financials for additional capabilities in India
+ Implementation plans
+ India annual country strategy – long-term plan evolution as required
+ Strategy to Action planning – report that converts strategy into annual actions . goals with measurable results
+ Lead crafting of white papers on skilling, Foreign Direction Investment in Defense, Offsets policy, etc.
+ Meeting papers for various meetings with the Government
