About the Role

Role Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Reference Data Product Owner Vice President within the CAS Change team. You will lead the design and implementation of strategic reference data solutions across the Markets business, catering to the account and SSI reference data needs of Commercial and Investment Banking sectors. Your role combines Project Management and Business Analysis to drive transformative initiatives in Account and Standing Settlement Instruction (SSI) reference data. This is an opportunity to shape the future of reference data management and make a significant impact on global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, from inception to production deployment.

  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular project updates.

  • • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Product Owners, and Operations partners for coherent design solutions.

  • • Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews, sprint planning, and daily scrums.

  • • Document user stories and acceptance criteria, manage the product backlog, and prioritize user stories.

  • • Identify problems, risks, and dependencies, ensuring adherence to data quality, risk, and control standards.

  • • Coordinate release plans, ensure UAT completion, deliver training, gather sign-off, and document release notes.

  • • Monitor the success of deliverables, demonstrate the value of work delivered, and drive process improvement.

  • • Develop SME knowledge in relevant business domains and think of Artificial Intelligence as a strategic solution for process improvements.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Bachelor's degree

  • • Proven track record in product development/Change management

  • • Working knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, JIRA, LLM Suite, Confluence

  • • Working knowledge of Agile methodology

  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities

  • • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • • Strategic foresight in implementing change solutions
