About the Role

As a Product Director of Global Customer Platforms in Consumer & Community Banking, you play a crucial role in leading customer-centric development, inspiring solutions, and shaping the future with your strategic vision and influence. Your primary responsibility is to drive innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities:

  • • Acts as a regional leader by collaborating with other local site leaders, coordinating regional changes, and fostering cohesiveness across geographic locations for product teams.

  • • Oversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.

  • • Leads the entire product life cycle by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets to support growth.

  • • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices such as solution generation, market research, prototyping methods, and product adoption strategies.

  • • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives.

  • • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation.
  • To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • • 8 years of experience delivering products, projects, and technology applications, with experience managing technical platforms and/or data-focused capabilities.

  • • Good understanding of technologies including API, Microservices, Cassandra, Kafka, AWS, etc.

  • • Customer-obsessed leader with the ability to build strong relationships with engineers and technical partners, and translate customer needs into clear technical requirements.

  • • Strong leadership skills to drive change through influence and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

  • • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.

  • • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities and drive change within organizations.
