Job Overview:
Relevant experience with digital electronics design principles and all phases of the hardware development lifecycle.
Qualifications You Must Have :
12+ years of experience in all phases of the Hardware development lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in ECE/EEE with 8+ years of prior relevant experience with digital electronics design principles and all phases of the hardware development lifecycle.
Experience with digital electronics design principles and all phases of the hardware development lifecycle.
Schematic capture experience for creation of digital circuits, CCA (Circuit Card Assembly) design experience.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills,
Experience with Ethernet, I2C, USB, LVDS, and SERDES bus technologies,.
Experience with DDR1/2/3 memory interfaces.
Testing experience in DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, signal integrity and timing analysis
Hands-on troubleshooting using engineering lab equipment.
Design to Cost (DTC+), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Test (DFT) .
In depth knowledge on Requirements capture, tracing, and testability.
Embedded experience will be a plus.

Ideal Candidate
An engineer who has progressed through multiple hardware development cycles at defense/aerospace contractors, shipping complex digital designs through DO-160 and MIL-STD certification.
