About the Role

As part of the Agentic Engineering Transformation (AET) team at Bank of America's Global Business Services, your role will involve designing, building, and operationalizing AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio. You will be responsible for enabling enterprise-wide adoption of Copilot agents by providing architecture-led solution design, full-stack engineering, and hands-on Copilot Studio expertise. Your contributions will accelerate delivery, improve solution quality, and ensure consistent adoption of agentic solutions aligned with the enterprise AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement Copilot Studio agents to support enterprise automation and intelligent workflows. - Provide architecture-level consultation to CIO and application teams on agent design patterns, integrations, and deployment strategies. - Develop and configure Power Automate workflows, custom logic, and orchestration for agents.

  • • Enable and manage Power Platform connectors, permissions, and access models in collaboration with platform, security, and governance teams.

  • • Design and develop custom APIs and integrations to connect Copilot agents with enterprise systems and data sources.

  • • Support agent operationalization, including environment setup, deployment readiness, and production support considerations.

  • • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Copilot Studio best practices, patterns, limitations, and troubleshooting.

  • • Reduce delivery risk by closing skill gaps, accelerating development timelines, and improving agent quality across AET initiatives.

  • • Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and enablement activities for delivery teams adopting Copilot Studio.
  • Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E./ B. Tech or above. Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform/AI/Cloud are desirable. - Experience Range: 15 to 20 Years. - Foundational Skills: Solution architecture, full-stack engineering concepts, Microsoft Power Platform fundamentals, knowledge of major cloud providers like Microsoft Azure, enterprise security and access control concepts, Agile delivery, and enterprise application development, excellent communication and presentation skills. - Desired Skills: Deep hands-on experience with Copilot Studio agent development, Power Automate advanced flows and orchestration, custom connector creation and API integrations, Azure/cloud service integration experience, governance, compliance, and production readiness practices, ability to act as a Senior engineer and SME.
