Job Responsibility
Lead end-to-end design and development of embedded electronic systems Define system architecture covering hardware, firmware, and interfaces Drive schematic design, PCB design reviews, and system integration Oversee design of analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal circuits Guide development involving MCUs/MPUs, SoCs, and embedded platforms Ensure robust design practices for high-speed, EMI/EMC, and reliability compliance Mentor engineering teams and provide technical direction Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, manufacturing) Drive design validation, debugging, and root cause analysis Manage DFM, DFA, DFT considerations and production readiness Interface with vendors for components, PCB fabrication, and manufacturing solutions Review and approve technical documentation, test reports, and design releases
