Key Responsibilities:
• Work in a permanent feature team to develop knowledge of aspects of the associated platform, liaising with principal engineers, architects, and key stakeholders.• Apply Agile methods to software development, produce resilient software, deliver intentional architecture, and focus on automation of build, test, and deployment activities.• Design and develop software with a focus on automation, using executable patterns.Qualifications Required:
• 12+ years of hands-on coding experience in a senior or principal backend engineering role.• Expert-level Java proficiency, including Core Java, multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning.• Advanced experience with Spring Boot and the broader Spring ecosystem, designing and developing microservices.• Strong experience in building distributed systems, RESTful APIs, messaging platforms, and SQL/NoSQL databases.• Proven ability to modernize, refactor, and optimize backend services, along with troubleshooting skills in complex production environments.
