About the Role

You will act as a strategic advisor and operational expert, ensuring compliance with employment laws in the country/region. Youll partner with Business Managers to resolve employee relations issues/concerns, implement HR policies and processes, and support organizational growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide consultancy to Business Managers, employees and all internal stakeholders on HR related issues - Manage sensitive cases (performance issues, Hybrid work model, grievances, investigations etc.) with discretion and speed - Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and global policy and process while performing your day-to-day duties

  • • Act as the People Relations Partner educating, sensitizing, and consulting Business Managers to enable them to lead their team with confidence in a leader-led environment and act as the first "POC" for the team

  • • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on handling team dynamics, conflict resolution, and performance management

  • • Perform ongoing organization analysis, use data-driven insights to improve employee experience

  • • Serve as regional SME in providing advice, inputs, and direction to the GSO (Global Service Owners) while various HR Services are designed
  • Qualifications Required: - Bachelor degree in Social Science or Behavioral science - must

  • • Master degree in Human resource - preferable

  • • Bilingual in local country language and English

  • • 6+ years relevant HR work experience preferably in a global/international service/environment

  • • Should possess Business acumen and analytical abilities

  • • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights

  • • Demonstrable experience in global, international companies
