About the Role

As a Partner / Director in the Cybersecurity Practice, your role will involve building and scaling the Cybersecurity Practice by driving a revenue-focused approach that combines business development, solution design, and client advisory. Here's what you will be doing:

  • • Drive Go-To-Market strategy and generate enterprise business

  • • Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders (CISO, CIO, CTO)

  • • Lead end-to-end sales cycle including pipeline management, proposals, and deal closure

  • • Design cybersecurity solutions across AppSec, Cloud, AI Security, and Infrastructure Security

  • • Architect solutions for AWS/Azure multi-cloud environments

  • • Establish OEM partnerships and alliances

  • • Lead project delivery ensuring quality and client satisfaction

  • • Recruit and mentor cybersecurity talent
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) and Business Development

  • - Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies
    - Represent the firm at industry events to enhance brand visibility
    - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and client acquisition
    - Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders

  • Solution Designing and Technical Excellence

  • - Refine service offerings aligned with emerging market trends
    - Provide technical expertise in various domains such as Defensive Security, Offensive Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and AI
    - Lead the architecture of complex cybersecurity solutions for clients

  • Partner Ecosystem and Alliances

  • - Build and manage partnerships with leading cybersecurity technology OEMs
    - Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality deliverables

  • Client Management and Project Delivery

  • - Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
    - Lead project delivery by defining timelines and managing resources
    - Ensure the quality of deliverables meets client expectations

  • People Development and Leadership

  • - Play a key role in hiring top-tier technical cybersecurity talent
    - Mentor and coach a team of technical professionals

    Qualifications Mandatory:

  • • CISSP, OSCP / OSEP / OSWE (any 1)
  • Must Have:

  • • 14+ years in Cybersecurity

  • • Expertise in Application Security, Cloud Security (AWS/Azure), AI Security

  • • Experience in techno-commercial solutioning and RFP responses

  • • Hands-on understanding of tools like Kali, Burp Suite, Nessus

  • • Proven experience in closing enterprise deals
