About the Role

Role Overview:
As the National Head - Equity Advisory for the HNI Business at Anand Rathi Shares & Securities Limited, you will lead the equity advisory function nationwide, focusing on delivering tailored wealth creation ideas and strategies aligned with client profiles. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance client relationships, optimize revenue, and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead and mentor a team of HNI advisors to achieve brokerage revenues, equity product sales, client acquisition, and relationship strengthening.

  • • Drive the adoption of research ideas and products to deliver high-impact wealth creation solutions for HNI/Ultra HNI clients.

  • • Develop the knowledge and skills of HNI advisors through training programs and workshops.

  • • Professional Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in equity advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Strong technical skills in fundamental analysis, technical charting, cash market operations, and derivatives.
