About the Role:

We are looking for a highly versatile and strategic "Mini CMO" or Head of Marketing to take ownership of the entire marketing function for high-growth tech startups. This is a rare, full-stack role that requires an equal mastery of both the creative/brand side and the performance/growth side of marketing. If you have successfully navigated the chaotic but rewarding journey of scaling a startup from Pre-seed to Series B, you are exactly who we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Marketing Strategy: Design, execute, and own the overarching marketing strategy, seamlessly blending brand storytelling with aggressive performance-driven growth.

- The Pre-seed to Series B Journey: Architect the growth roadmap necessary to scale the user base and revenue, navigating the specific challenges of early-stage to mid-stage startup scaling.

- Performance Leadership: Drive user acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, and manage budgets across paid channels to ensure optimal CAC and ROAS.

- Creative & Brand Direction: Oversee the creative vision, ensuring all campaigns, social media efforts, and brand narratives are highly engaging, culturally relevant, and aligned with the company's core identity.

- Team & Resource Management: Build and lead a lean, high-performing marketing team (including social media managers and performance marketers) while acting as the strategic bridge between the founders and the marketing execution.

Requirements:

- 4-5+ years of comprehensive marketing experience, specifically within the fast-paced startup ecosystem.

- A proven track record of directly contributing to the growth of a startup from Pre-seed to Series B.

- Full-stack capabilities: You must be just as comfortable analyzing data and performance metrics as you are critiquing a creative campaign or writing high-converting copy.

- Deep understanding of unit economics, performance marketing platforms, and organic community-building strategies.

- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute independently and take extreme ownership of the marketing pipeline.
