About the Role

As an experienced financial services leader with expertise in Middle Office, Fund Accounting, and/or Custody, you will play a crucial role in driving and delivering client outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

Role Overview: You will be the Global Head of Portfolio Services, ensuring the delivery of service excellence through a unified Global Middle Office Service offering. This involves overseeing client interactions, managing direct and matrix organizations across multiple locations, and ensuring the accuracy of the IBOR on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: - Interact directly with senior executives and portfolio managers to provide strategic client services

  • • Manage large organizations across multiple locations to ensure operational efficiency

  • • Ensure the accuracy of the IBOR and provide subject matter expertise to clients on their investment book of record

  • • Lead by example to create a high-performing culture and drive consistent service delivery

  • • Motivate teams to maintain exacting standards of accuracy and timeliness in service delivery

  • • Proactively manage and reduce operational risk exposure by ensuring a robust control environment

  • • Optimize the operating model and manage expenses effectively across all profit and loss levers

  • • Partner with peers and business unit leads to establish a competitive advantage across solutions
  • Qualifications Required: - 18 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on managing large Investment Management operations

  • • Functional experience in Middle Office with a strong emphasis on client interactions

  • • Preferred qualifications include a relevant accounting certification (CPA, chartered accountant) and additional experience in Fund Accounting and Custody

  • • Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of achieving financial goals through expense discipline and headcount management

  • • Experience in change management programs and the ability to execute under challenging circumstances to deliver targeted outcomes

  • • Cross-cultural awareness and the ability to connect with colleagues globally in a collaborative work environment

  • • Willingness to travel for business as required
