About the Role

As a Revenue Strategy and Planning professional, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in India through the development and implementation of a comprehensive revenue strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Establishing annual and quarterly revenue targets and ensuring consistent achievement or overachievement of these goals.

  • • Leading the sales team to identify, target, and acquire high-value clients across enterprise, telecom, and hyperscale segments.

  • • Building and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • In addition to revenue strategy and planning, you will be involved in Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence by:

  • • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.

  • • Monitoring competitor offerings and market positioning to adjust and stay ahead in the market.

  • • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  • Your role will also include Revenue Forecasting & Financial Planning tasks such as:

  • • Preparing and overseeing revenue forecasting, pricing strategies, and financial performance reviews.

  • • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure the business meets its revenue and profitability goals.

  • • Analyzing financial reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting results to the President regularly.
  • Furthermore, Client Relationship Management will be a key aspect of your job where you will:

  • • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, including key decision-makers and C-suite executives.

  • • Lead negotiations and contract management with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions and overseeing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Management will also be part of your responsibilities, involving:

  • • Regularly engaging with the senior leadership team to align revenue goals with the overall strategic vision of the business.

  • • Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and key influencers in the data center and technology sectors.
  • Desired Skills & Experience:

    Experience:

  • • Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in revenue management, business development, or sales leadership within the data center, technology, or cloud services industry.

  • • Track record of driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth and establishing long-term client partnerships.

  • • Experience working with hyperscalers, enterprises, or large technology firms highly desirable.
  • Skills:

  • • Deep understanding of the digital infrastructure landscape, including data center operations, cloud solutions, and emerging technologies.

  • • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a focus on execution.
