About the Role

As the Managing Director, Client Delivery, Cloud & Security at NTT DATA, your role is crucial in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of managed services contracts to strategic clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, managing a team of Managed Services Client Delivery Specialists, and developing strong relationships with key strategic clients. Your main responsibilities include:

  • • Ensuring that services are delivered according to agreed service definitions, SLAs, and other contracts to maintain client satisfaction.

  • • Developing and executing a strategic vision for the managed services client delivery management function aligned with the organization's goals.

  • • Fostering strong relationships with key strategic clients and exceeding their expectations.

  • • Implementing best practices and processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to measure and improve service delivery efficiency.

  • • Allocating resources effectively to meet client demands efficiently.

  • • Identifying and mitigating potential risks to client service delivery.

  • • Managing the budget for the managed services client delivery function.

  • • Collaborating with the technology team to enhance service delivery capabilities.
