About the Role

Role Overview:
Tiger Analytics is looking for a Lead - People Business Partner for their Chennai location. As a Lead - People Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities, champion Human Resource Management policies and processes, manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, provide forward-thinking insights into people processes, create robust communication forums, facilitate employee engagement initiatives, develop and manage people satisfaction programs, cultivate a learning environment, conduct people surveys, ensure functional deliverables, uphold policy compliance, and prepare comprehensive reports on effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities

  • • Deeply understand and champion Human Resource Management policies and processes

  • • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle

  • • Provide forward-thinking insights into people processes

  • • Create robust communication forums and facilitate employee engagement initiatives

  • • Develop and manage people satisfaction programs

  • • Cultivate an environment that encourages continuous learning and career growth

  • • Conduct insightful people surveys and collaborate closely with leadership

  • • Ensure timely functional deliverables, uphold policy compliance, prepare comprehensive reports, and analyze trends
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Masters in HR from a top institute

  • • 5-7 years of experience in driving HR BP role in IT/Consulting industry

  • • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and practices

  • • Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally

  • • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • • Hands-on experience in MS Office
