Team Lead - KAM - West - 10-13 yrs

Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel.

What we look for?:


- 10-13 years of proven work experience in Key Account Management.

- 3-5 years of team management experience, with a proven track record of managing a team of at least 5 direct reports.

- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.

- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

What Impact you will create?:

- Revenue Ownership: Have complete ownership of the sales cycle, including managing and hitting aggressive targets for both existing accounts and new business acquisitions.

- Strategic Growth: Develop a strategic business expansion plan along with management to grow company business.

- Cross-sell & Up-sell: Identify and develop cross-selling and up-selling opportunities by strengthening customer relationships and establishing trust.

- Financial Acumen: Demonstrate a solid understanding of gross margins and contract negotiation to maximize profits.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and establish healthy connections with CXOs.

- Solution Delivery: Provide Marketing Automation, Email marketing, Analytics, AI Personalization, and Mobility solutions to clients from different verticals.

- Customer Success: Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
