As an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst at our company, your role will involve participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs. You will work closely with the Technology team to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, applications development, and model development• Monitor and control all phases of the development process including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation• Provide user and operational support on applications to business users• Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to analyze complex problems, evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards• Recommend and develop security measures to ensure successful system design and functionality• Consult with users/clients and recommend advanced programming solutions• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes• Serve as an advisor or coach to current or lower-level analysts• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision• Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy• Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team membersQualifications:
• 11+ years of experience in developing & managing Enterprise applications with 6 years in solution architecture• Expertise in architecting enterprise-wide solutions using Spring Cloud framework• Deep knowledge of CRM workflows and integrations• Expert level knowledge of software architectural principles and design patterns• Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively• Extensive experience in Java, J2EE, Microservice, Spring Cloud, and integration framework• Hands-on experience in Dockers and Kubernetes• Strong experience in DevOps tools and processes• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and supporting J2EE Application & Web servers like Tomcat, AHS, and Nginx• Experience in UI Frameworks & Technologies like Angular, JavaScript, React, etc.• Familiarity with Java Messaging services using Apache Kafka• Proficiency in tools like GitHub, LightSpeed, uDeploy, and Apigee• Hands-on experience in Linux Platform with knowledge of day-to-day routine commands• Excellent writing and communication skillsEducation:
