About the Role

You are currently seeking a Loan IQ Technical Analyst to join the team focusing on the strategic Corporate Lending Program within Global Credit Finance IT. The role involves working on multiple projects related to Loan IQ, including new business revenue opportunities, portfolio management tools, and platform consolidation for loan servicing. Your responsibilities will include interacting with stakeholders to identify business requirements, leading discussions on data mapping and design, supporting governance activities, engaging in complex business solutions initiatives, providing innovative analysis, and assisting in special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Interact with stakeholders to identify, define, and document detailed business requirements.

  • • Lead discussions on data mapping, design, analysis, and testing coordination.

  • • Support governance activities to ensure stakeholder sign off on solutions and enhancements.

  • • Engage in complex business solutions initiatives across Global Credit Finance.

  • • Identify and resolve dependencies, risks, and issues.

  • • Provide input to technology solutions and recommend enhancements aligned with industry practices.

  • • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business outcomes and support new products.

  • • Analyze existing processes and loan system usage for more efficient operations.

  • • Assist in special projects as required.
  • Qualifications:

  • • Strong collaborative problem-solving skills.

  • • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • • Superb prioritization and time management skills.

  • • Strong understanding of Corporate Lending and Loan Servicing.

  • • Experience in Finastra Loan IQ, including Data model Loan IQ Inquiry and Update APIs, SDK, Batch Knowledge.

  • • Techno-functional skillset.

  • • Ability to write SQL Queries.

  • • Knowledge and experience in working closely with Operations, IT partners, vendors, and Change Management.
  • Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or related fields.

  • • Minimum of 14+ years of technology delivery experience in financial services.

  • • Technical or Functional/Business Analyst experience.

  • • Strong understanding of Finastra Loan IQ functionality.

  • • Knowledge of Loan IQ, Data Model Loan IQ Inquiry and Update APIs, SDK, and Batch Knowledge.

  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • • Ability to manage multiple projects and delivery.
