Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to the CPO to design and implement HR initiatives aligned with global business objectives while tailoring them for the Indian market. - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Indian Labor Laws to ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and filings. - Oversee the design and administration of competitive Compensation & Benefits structures specifically for India, including payroll, insurance, and statutory benefits.
Qualifications: - 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a high-growth tech startup or a multinational subsidiary.
