About the Role

As a People Operations Manager at ThreatModeler in Ahmedabad, India, you will play a vital role in driving key people initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development. Your role will involve being a strategic partner to the CPO and working closely with the global HR team to ensure a unified culture and seamless collaboration. You will need to balance the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of a scale-up with the structured discipline required to manage a growing subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to the CPO to design and implement HR initiatives aligned with global business objectives while tailoring them for the Indian market. - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Indian Labor Laws to ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and filings. - Oversee the design and administration of competitive Compensation & Benefits structures specifically for India, including payroll, insurance, and statutory benefits.

  • • Collaborate daily with department heads in Noida and international HR partners to streamline hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

  • • Drive a high-performance culture, managing HR operations under pressure during rapid growth phases or organizational transitions.

  • • Manage complex employee relations issues to foster a transparent and high-trust environment.
  • Qualifications: - 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a high-growth tech startup or a multinational subsidiary.

  • • Expert knowledge of Indian employment regulations and compliance.

  • • Exceptional English proficiency (verbal and written) is mandatory for reporting to global leadership and collaborating with international stakeholders.

  • • Experience in working under pressure with speed and accuracy, preferably in SaaS or Cybersecurity sectors.

  • • Proficiency in modern HRIS platforms and Google suit/Atlassian ecosystems for tracking and reporting.
