About the Role

As the Head - People Experience & Operations at this company, your primary role is to provide strategic leadership in People Experience and HR Operations globally. You will work closely with the Global Chief People Officer to ensure the HR Operations group operates in an agile and efficient manner. Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • • Aligning HR Systems with emerging HR process improvements and Strategic HR initiatives

  • • Understanding HR processes thoroughly and implementing necessary controls in systems

  • • Driving adoption of various modules and features of SAP SuccessFactors platform

  • • Ideating and developing system reports to cater to diverse reporting requirements

  • • Leading new features, enhancements, usability improvements, and reporting enhancements over the HRMS platform

  • • Overseeing development, documentation, assessment/testing, training, adoption, and delivery of various HR projects involving technology interventions
  • In terms of financial responsibilities, you will be accountable for delivering People Experience, HR Systems, and HR Operations services within the allocated budgets. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting knowledge sharing within the team, facilitating training initiatives, and identifying skill development needs.

    Qualifications required for this role include an MBA/PGDM in HR and over 20 years of work experience, with at least 10 years in managing global HRMS platform implementation and support. You should have experience managing large teams in HR Systems and HR Operations domains, as well as setting up and managing advanced HR Shared Service Centres or GCC.

    Functional competencies for this position include being a values-driven leader with global fluency, exposure to HR systems, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional service orientation. You should also have expertise in HR Systems, MIS, digitization, outsourcing governance, payroll management, and stakeholder management.
