Your Mission
As Head of Technology . Digital Innovation, you will lead the technology ecosystem across FABDIZ and FABCURO.

You will shape our technology roadmap, lead engineering initiatives, drive innovation, implement AI-powered solutions, and ensure technology becomes a strategic advantage across every business function.

What You'll Do
. Define and execute the technology roadmap.

. Lead and mentor the development team.

. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, Projects, and Leadership.

. Identify opportunities for AI and automation.

. Build scalable internal platforms.

. Improve customer journeys using technology.

. Enhance website performance and security.

. Deliver robust CRM and ERP integrations.

. Improve operational efficiency across departments.

. Continuously benchmark against global technology leaders.

. Drive innovation through experimentation and rapid execution.

What We're Looking For
Experience
. 8. years in Software Engineering or Technology Leadership

. Experience leading engineering teams

. Experience managing business-critical applications

. Experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications

. Experience with AI and automation tools

. Experience working with cloud infrastructure

. Strong understanding of modern software architecture

Industry experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Luxury Retail, E-commerce, SaaS, PropTech, or Digital Agencies will be an advantage.
