We’re looking for a hands-on technology leader to help grow a sustainability venture from early traction to scale.

Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Up to ₹1.2 Lakhs per month . ESOP

About Stymo

Stymo is building the infrastructure for circular fashion in India.

We unlock value from premium brand deadstock and pre-owned apparel by restoring products to “as-new” quality and bringing them back into circulation through a tech-enabled ecosystem.

This is not resale. This is industrial-grade refurbishment powered by software, data, and AI.

Stymo is a sustainability-first venture designed by Enviu, which has been building and scaling impact-driven companies globally for over 20 years.
Where We Are

Backed by the H.M Foundation, Stymo has moved beyond concept into active deployment.

We are building a multi-layered business model across four integrated levers that combine supply aggregation, refurbishment, and demand generation.

The second iteration of our product and backend app suite is live, with early traction and improving unit economics. We are already seeing consistent daily sales and are now focused on scaling throughput, efficiency, and intelligence across the system.

This is the phase where the foundations are set and the next iterations are focused on taking the product from early product-market fit to category leadership.
The Opportunity

You will work closely with the founder to shape and scale Stymo’s technology.

This role starts hands-on but is designed to evolve into Head of Technology, with full ownership of the tech vision and execution.

You will play a key role not only in building the platform, but also in shaping the company. This includes supporting fundraising efforts and helping represent the technology in investor conversations and pitches.

What You’ll Own

Develop the Core Platform

• Lead development of our mobile app and backend systems

• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability from day one

Build AI Capabilities

• Support the development of AI workflows for product intelligence, refurbishment tagging, and pricing

• Build systems that improve with scale and data

Iterate and Learn

• Work closely with the founder to iterate quickly

• Use data from tools like Mixpanel to guide product decisions

Grow the Tech Function

• Help shape architecture, tooling, and engineering standards

• Hire and mentor future team members

Support Fundraising

• Translate technical vision into clear narratives for investors

• Participate in pitch discussions and diligence processes

Tech Stack (Current)

You do not need to match everything but you need to be able to own and evolve it.

• Frontend: Flutter (Dart) with Riverpod

• Backend: Supabase (DB, Auth, Storage, Realtime)

• AI: Google (text and image), multi-agent workflows

• Infrastructure: Cloudflare

• DevOps: GitHub CI/CD

• Analytics: Mixpanel, Firebase Crashlytics

• Integrations: Payments, logistics ### Who You Are Product-minded builder

You have shipped real products and can contribute to systems end to end
Experienced in AI systems
You have worked with or are eager to build intelligent systems (e.g., LLMs) in production
System thinker
You understand how product, data, and infrastructure connect
Comfortable with ambiguity
You thrive in it, help defining and solving problems

Aspiring tech leader
You want to grow into a Head of Tech or CTO-level role
