About the Role

As Head - Construction at Adani Data Centre, your role involves directing and overseeing civil, structural, and architectural project delivery to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget requirements while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction. Your strategic planning and execution align with organizational goals for efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: - Direct and oversee all phases of CSA project delivery, ensuring alignment with design, schedule, and budget requirements. - Develop and implement strategic plans for CSA projects to align with organizational goals and enhance project delivery efficiency. - Oversee and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and cost overruns are minimized.

• Develop, review, and authorize construction plans, including detailed scheduling and resource allocation for timely project completion.

• Maintain a strategic role in client interactions to ensure projects meet client expectations and maintain strong relationships.

• Regularly monitor and review project progress, prepare reports for senior management, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and mitigate project risks related to CSA components to ensure smooth execution and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

• Oversee the completion and handover of CSA projects, ensuring all contractual obligations and quality standards are fulfilled.

• Ensure Adani's brand values are reflected in all interactions to strengthen relationships, boost the organization's brand, and maintain trust within the market and company.

• Build and lead a high-performing team, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, mentor for growth and success, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.

• Champion a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness, keeping up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
Qualifications: - Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 17-20 years in executing civil construction projects of multiple data centres/commercial infrastructure IT Parks, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
