About Spintly Spintly is a fast-growing smart access control company building mobile-first, cloud-managed solutions for modern buildings. At the core of our innovation is a robust Bluetooth-based technology stack, including proprietary modules, firmware, and mobile credentials.
As we scale, Spintly is expanding beyond access control to become a platform provider for connected devices, enabling OEMs across industries to integrate secure, low-power Bluetooth connectivity into their products.

Role Overview
We are looking for a
Head of OEM Technology Sales
to build and scale our OEM business in India and globally. This role will focus on selling Spintly’s Bluetooth modules, firmware, SDKs, and connectivity stack to manufacturers across:

  • • Smart locks and access devices

  • • Automotive and mobility

  • • Smart home and consumer IoT

  • • Building automation and industrial IoT
  • This is a foundational leadership role, responsible for creating a new revenue stream and establishing Spintly as a key technology partner in the connected devices ecosystem.

    **Key Responsibilities
    1. Build . Scale OEM Business**

  • • Define and execute the OEM go-to-market strategy

  • • Identify high-potential verticals and target accounts

  • • Develop commercial models (hardware . SDK . licensing)
  • 2. Enterprise . OEM Sales

  • • Drive strategic deals with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and product companies

  • • Manage long sales cycles involving engineering, procurement, and leadership teams

  • • Build a strong pipeline of global opportunities
  • 3. Ecosystem . Partnerships

  • • Develop relationships with product companies, system integrators, and platform providers

  • • Position Spintly as a Bluetooth and connectivity technology partner

  • • Represent Spintly at industry events and forums
  • 4. Technical . Solution Selling

  • • Work closely with engineering and product teams

  • • Translate OEM requirements into product features and roadmap inputs

  • • Support solution discussions around firmware, SDKs, and integrations
  • 5. Team Building

  • • Build and lead an OEM sales function over time

  • • Establish structured sales processes and forecasting discipline
  • **Ideal Candidate Profile
    Experience**

  • • 10–15. years in OEM / embedded / technology sales

  • • Proven experience selling to:

  • • Device manufacturers (locks, IoT, consumer electronics)

  • • Automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers

  • • Building automation or industrial product companies

  • • Experience in selling:

  • • Bluetooth / wireless modules

  • • Embedded systems / chipsets / firmware

  • • SDKs, APIs, or platform technologies
  • Skills

  • • Strong understanding of Bluetooth (BLE), IoT, and connected device ecosystems

  • • Ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

  • • Strong commercial and negotiation skills

  • • Ability to bridge technical and business conversations

  • • Builder mindset—comfortable creating a business from scratch

  • • Strong industry network (India . global exposure preferred)
