As we scale, Spintly is expanding beyond access control to become a platform provider for connected devices, enabling OEMs across industries to integrate secure, low-power Bluetooth connectivity into their products.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of OEM Technology Sales to build and scale our OEM business in India and globally. This role will focus on selling Spintly’s Bluetooth modules, firmware, SDKs, and connectivity stack to manufacturers across:
This is a foundational leadership role, responsible for creating a new revenue stream and establishing Spintly as a key technology partner in the connected devices ecosystem.

Ideal Candidate
A 12+ year OEM/embedded systems sales veteran who has sold wireless modules or chipsets into device manufacturers (locks, automotive, consumer IoT), understands Bluetooth/BLE deeply, and has closed strategic partnerships with Tier-1 suppliers or global OEMs.
