Role Overview:
As the Head of Marketing - Consumer Print at our company, you will be responsible for leading a team of industry and customer segment marketing professionals. Your role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staffing, workflow, and budget allocation within specific regions or countries. You will drive the development of marketing strategies, value propositions, and tactics to enhance awareness, consideration, and purchase intent for our organization's products and services. Additionally, you will be involved in designing integrated solutions offerings, managing marketing messages, and ensuring sales support enablement. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring campaign performance, identifying key ecosystem partners, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • • Direct a team of industry and customer segment marketing professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, workflow, and budget.

  • • Develop and align marketing strategies, value propositions, and tactics to drive awareness, consideration, and purchase intent within specific regions or countries.

  • • Design and execute integrated solutions offerings based on internal and external partner offerings.

  • • Create and execute marketing messages and positioning for specific industry and customer segments.

  • • Lead sales support enablement and provide technical and business assistance to the sales team.

  • • Develop metrics to track campaign performance and recommend areas for improvement.
