About the Role

Role Overview:
Virangana Castle Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their fast-growing community-driven skincare startup. As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, leadership, and data-driven decision-making. Your primary focus will be on shaping the brand voice, expanding the digital presence, and fostering a loyal skincare community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business goals

  • • Build, mentor, and lead the marketing team

  • • Define brand positioning and establish a long-term growth roadmap

  • • Create compelling brand storytelling and positioning in the skincare industry

  • • Cultivate a community-led marketing model

  • • Oversee various paid marketing channels such as Meta and Google

  • • Drive SEO, content, and social media strategies

  • • Utilize customer insights and data to enhance messaging and offerings

  • • Identify new growth opportunities and channels
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

  • • Prior experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C), beauty, or skincare brands is preferred

  • • Demonstrated success in scaling a consumer brand

  • • Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics

  • • Experience in developing community-led or influencer-first brands

  • • Previous involvement in startup environments or scaling ventures from 0 to 1
