About the Role

As a Marketing Director, your role will involve developing and executing the overall marketing and growth strategy aligned with business objectives. You will lead annual and quarterly campaign planning across programs, identify target segments, demand drivers, and customer acquisition strategies. Your responsibility will include owning and delivering qualified lead generation targets for programs. Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, search, social, content, and partnerships will be crucial. You will also need to optimize marketing funnels and collaborate closely with admissions teams to improve lead conversion rates.

  • As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading the execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives which include performance marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), SEO and content marketing, marketing automation and CRM, website conversion optimization, data analytics, and marketing dashboards. You will need to continuously optimize campaign ROI and customer acquisition cost.

    Qualifications Required:

  • • B.E./ B. Tech, MBA from top institutions

  • • 1218 years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation roles.

  • • Robust background in digital-first marketing environments.

  • • Prior experience in Higher Education, EdTech, SaaS, or consumer internet businesses preferred.
  • It is also important to note that as a Marketing Director, you will need to manage people by leading the marketing and analytics team consisting of managers and senior managers. Internal stakeholder management is crucial, as you will work closely with the leadership team of sales, finance, and tech to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
