About the Role

As a Vice President - Finance (Finance Head) at a leading consumer brand, your role will involve leading the end-to-end finance function for a fast-growing brand with multi-city outlets, manufacturing units, and global expansion plans. You will be responsible for driving strategic financial planning, governance, profitability optimization, and business partnering with the CEO and Board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead financial strategy aligned with business expansion and capital allocation

  • • Drive store-level P&L governance, margin optimization, and cost control

  • • Oversee AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

  • • Manage procurement finance, supply chain costing, and working capital

  • • Ensure compliance with Ind AS / IFRS, GST, and statutory regulations

  • • Lead and mentor a large finance team across corporate and regional offices

    • Qualifications Required:

  • • 18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

  • • Prior experience as Finance Head / VP Finance / CFO (BU) in QSR, Retail, or FMCG

  • • Strong exposure to multi-location P&L, expansion finance, and unit economics

  • • Expertise in FP&A, Controllership, Commercial Finance, and Cost Optimization

  • • Experience managing large teams (15+ members)

  • • CA / MBA Finance preferred
