• Business Integration: You will supervise and guide multi-functional departments such as Finance, HR, Legal, and Customer Support to streamline business processes effectively.• Strategic Finance: Managing the preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and leading the budgeting/forecasting cycles will be a key part of your role.• Risk Management: Facilitating internal and external audits while ensuring strict adherence to company policies for all disbursements and receipts.• Human Capital Management: You will review and propose HR Development plans and manage the end-to-end Performance Management framework.• Executive Reporting: Providing the Board with timely data on revenue and expenditure to facilitate informed decision-making.Preferred candidate profile:
