About the Role

As the Global Head of Early Careers Programs & Development Pathways at the bank, you will be responsible for architecting and owning the end-to-end global Early Careers development and talent journey. Your role involves setting the strategic direction and delivery of early careers program management, ensuring alignment with workforce planning, business needs, and future skills development. You will design integrated, skills-aligned pathways across all Early Careers segments and monitor market trends to bring innovative ideas to reshape the program.

Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive the Early Careers (EC) Programme strategy and execution plan - Own and govern the full global Early Careers program experience - Design integrated development pathways across cohorts

  • • Act as the global program architect in partnership with business leaders

  • • Stay ahead of market trends and develop new programs

  • • Collaborate with global early careers team and global HR teams
  • Qualifications: - Proven experience in program or curriculum design, ideally in Early Careers or Development & Development

  • • Familiarity with digital development tools, platforms, and content creation is a plus
