About the Role

You will be responsible for architecting and leading an enterprise-wide corporate and internal communication strategy for a Manufacturing company with a PAN India presence. Your role will focus on enabling business growth, strengthening culture, and ensuring alignment across manufacturing plants, corporate offices, and field sales operations. As a strategic advisor to leadership, you will drive consistent, credible, and impactful communication across all employee segments.

Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the long-term internal communication vision and roadmap aligned with the company's business and people strategy. - Establish clear communication governance, standards, and messaging architecture across all locations.

  • • Lead communication strategy for multi-plant manufacturing operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and compliance communication.

  • • Design communication frameworks tailored for sales, service, and branch-based teams to support business priorities such as product launches, performance communication, and change initiatives.

  • • Act as a trusted communication advisor to the MD, CHRO, and leadership team, leading communication for organizational transformation, growth initiatives, and restructuring.

  • • Drive culture-building initiatives, employee engagement programs, and internal employer branding efforts aligned with the company's values and performance ethos.

  • • Own and evolve the internal communication channel mix, ensuring content is simple, multilingual, inclusive, and actionable for all employees.

  • • Lead internal communication during safety incidents, plant disruptions, and business continuity challenges to protect organizational credibility.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 15-20+ years of progressive experience in corporate communication, with expertise in internal communication.

  • • Strong exposure to manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or large multi-site organizations.

  • • Proven success in managing communication across different plant locations, corporate offices, and field teams.

  • • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability and the ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex stakeholders effectively.
