About the Role
As the Head of Application Development & Maintenance Services Center of Excellence (ADMS CoE), your role will involve establishing, scaling, and governing the ADMS CoE. Your responsibilities will include solutioning, ensuring delivery excellence, and managing run operations across modern digital engineering stacks. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Customers to drive revenue enablement, predictable delivery, modernization outcomes, and foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
This role requires 18+ years of experience in software engineering/ADMS, with at least 8-10 years in senior leadership roles. You should have proven experience in setting up or scaling ADMS/Engineering CoEs, strong solutioning and estimation capabilities, and a track record of successful large-program deliveries. Experience in pre-sales support, executive stakeholder management, and managing P&L, margins, and delivery economics is also essential.
