About the Role

As a seasoned finance leader, you have an opportunity to join a leading Indian infrastructure and engineering organization with a strong presence in large-scale EPC and infrastructure development projects. Your role as Group CFO will involve working closely with the leadership team to drive financial strategy, business expansion, capital management, governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function for the organization

  • • Drive strategic financial planning aligned with business growth objectives

  • • Manage project finance, fund raising, and banking relationships

  • • Oversee consortium banking, treasury, and working capital management

  • • Strengthen financial controls, MIS, governance, and compliance frameworks

  • • Partner with senior leadership on strategic and commercial decision-making

  • • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and risk management initiatives

  • • Drive finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives

  • • Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and internal control mechanisms

  • • Support business expansion, bid evaluation, and commercial assessments

  • • Lead and mentor large finance teams across corporate and project locations

  • • Build scalable systems and processes for operational and financial efficiency
  • Qualification Required:

  • • Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

  • • Approximately 18+ years of post-qualification experience

  • • Prior experience in Infrastructure / EPC / Construction industry mandatory

  • • Strong exposure to Project Finance and Fund Raising

  • • Experience managing banking and financial institution relationships

  • • Strong business acumen and strategic orientation

  • • Exposure to large project-driven business environments

  • • Proven leadership experience managing sizeable finance teams

  • • Experience in ERP / SAP transformation initiatives will be an added advantage

  • • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
  • This is a high-impact leadership role that requires expertise in project finance, banking relationships, fund raising, treasury, working capital management, and strategic financial planning within large infrastructure-driven organizations.
